Senior Instructional Designer

An instructional designer with at least 5 years experience is needed for full time employment in Cleveland, Ohio. Experience designing training for financial institutions is ideal, but not necessary.

Job Duties Include:

Perfoming needs analysis, defining learning objectives, designing training tools and evaluation activities
Communicating with internal team members and with external clients at Fortune 1,000 organizations nationwide
Adapting and editing content in already developed training tools
Assist with project management duties

Skills required:

Strong knowledge of ADDIE model
Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
Ability to identify performance gaps and derive learning objectives from those gaps
Ability to design storyboards for eLearning and embed examples in branched scenarios
Familiarity with eLearning development tools Flash, Lectora, Captivate and Articulate
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Service minded attitude while working with customers and team members
Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Flash Developer/Graphic Designer

Candidate must have or be working towards a degree from a 2 or 4 year program in digital media, programming, graphic design or related fields. Knowledge of programs: Adobe Flash and Photoshop a must. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After-Effects, HTML, ASP, JAVA, XML, PHP and CSS are a plus.

Project Manager

Excellent communication, service and relationship skills a must. Candidate must have a degree in a business related field from a 4-year college or an MBA. 2-5 years agency or IT consulting experience preferred.

The position is one involving a consultative sales/service approach and relationship building with many Fortune 1000 organizations. Must be able to manage budgets, timelines, teams and client expectations on eLearning development projects. Salary and benefits available upon request.
